July's contest has come to a close and Bob Varner of Ida Grove, Iowa took home this month's $1,000 contest prize. His business, DualSoft USA, is based around a patented invention he put together to make water softeners more efficient. His product has taken much of the waste of water, salt, and energy consuption out of the process of softening water. Bob's product has garnered lots of attention on the site and nearly 2,000 votes to put him on top for July. As you can read on his website, the invention has already won Varner numerous awards and a very loyal following of dedicated customers. Congratulations to Bob and his company!
As is always the case when we announce a winner, we want to encourage everyone out there to dream and to post your "Dreams" on the site for our August contest. You have until the 15th, so get out there and submit an application to help your own dreams come true. Good luck to everyone and thanks for being a part of the contest.
